    As we can send customised email confirmations & reminders as well as custom text (SMS) messages, I suggest having the same feature for WhatsApp messages. Currently, we can send only predefined fixed messages. It would be of great help if we could send custom WhatsApp messages also.

  5. More Formatting Options in Email Messages

    When drafting custom emails, currently, we can bold & italicise the text. If the option for single & double underline is also added, it would add a lot of value for marketers. In addition, if text colour option is also added, it would be, as said in Hindi, "ΰ€Έΰ₯‹ΰ€¨ΰ₯‡ ΰ€ͺΰ₯‡ ΰ€Έΰ₯ΰ€Ήΰ€Ύΰ€—ΰ€Ύ".

  6. If Profile Page Doesn’t Have Any Events Set Up Yet (Add Button to Create Events / Try Cal ID)

    If a user has not set up any events, the public profile shows the message: β€œNo event types set up. Your Name has not set up any event types for you to book.” (Check this: https://cal.id/yourname) In this case, we can show a button below to set up or create an event for the user. If the user is viewing someone else’s profile, show options to Sign in or Try Cal ID.

  10. Request for 24-Hour Boarding with Fixed Check-In Slots & Max Capacity

    We are running a pet boarding service and need a custom booking setup in OneHash Cal with the following requirements: Check-in Window: Allowed only between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Check-in Slots: Every 30 minutes (9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30 … up to 8:00 PM). Duration: If a customer books, the duration should automatically be 24 hours from the check-in time (e.g., if they check in at 9:00 AM today, the booking ends at 9:00 AM tomorrow). Capacity Limit: A maximum of 20 total bookings per day across all check-in times. Once the limit is reached, no more bookings should be allowed for that date. Multiple Customers per Slot: More than 1 customer can choose the same check-in time until the total daily limit of 20 is reached. This will help us efficiently manage capacity without relying on third-party tools like Pabbly or Zapier. Please confirm if this can be configured with existing OneHash Cal features, or if it requires a custom development β€” we are ready to proceed with paid integration if needed

  15. Language Based Emails/Text Messages

    It would be extremely, extremely beneficial if we could send communications to the bookers in their preferred language. This can be achieved by adding one question, like "Preferred Language of Email", to the booking form. When the booker selects the language when booking an event, the system will select the specific language for communication. The event organiser has to ensure the presence of the different language communication sets. This will increase the trust between the clients & marketers.
